Patrick Smith is the Founding Partner at Clark Smith Villazor LLP and has extensive experience in the legal field. Prior to founding their current firm, Patrick worked at Smith Villazor LLP, DLA Piper, Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP, the U.S. Department of Justice, and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Patrick holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
