Monica Sharma is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in technology, intellectual property, and corporate law. Currently serving as a Partner and Associate Counsel in the Technology and Intellectual Property Group at Clark Wilson LLP since November 2014, Monica's prior roles include Corporate Counsel at Syncrude Canada Ltd. and Lawyer at Monica Sharma Professional Corporation. Earlier in their career, Monica held the position of Partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP and served as In-house Counsel at Parmalat. Monica Sharma holds an LLB & BCL from McGill University and a BA Honours in Political Science from the University of Alberta.
