Diego R. is an accomplished Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in the UX and product design fields, currently working at CLARK since June 2022. With a diverse background, Diego has held positions such as Business Mentor at UX in Berlin, providing guidance to emerging UX professionals, and has previously managed UX and conversion rate optimization at Pets Deli, enhancing online order experiences. Notable roles also include Senior User Experience Designer at BEWATEC ConnectedCare GmbH, Senior Product Designer and CRO at Vodafone, and UX design consultant for multiple prominent companies such as Banco Santander and Santander Consumer Finance. Diego holds a Master in Customer Experience from IE Business School, a BA in Interaction Design from the University of the Arts London, and a Master in Innovation & Design Thinking from MIT, among other qualifications. Currently, Diego is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja.
