Mike Holmquist

Mike Holmquist began their work experience as a drafter at Stromsland & De Young Architects in 1996. Mike was responsible for revising construction document sheets for various types of buildings and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. In 1998, they joined American Built Systems as a senior designer, where they drafted structural layouts and coordinated engineering documentation for pre-fabricated wall panels, floor trusses, and roof trusses. Mike also consulted on design and revision of structural schemes, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. In 2010, Mike Holmquist became an estimator at Gooder-Henrichsen, a position they held until 2017. Currently, they work as a project engineer at ClarkDietrich Building Systems.

Mike Holmquist attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1992 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Studies.
