Migrant Education Specialist at Clarke County School District

Leo Cotlar has extensive experience working in the education field. Leo started their career in 2008 as the Right Start Family Literacy Program Coordinator at the Office of Early Learning in the Clarke County School District. Leo held this position until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, Leo worked as the Communities In Schools Site Coordinator at Clarke Central High School. In 2015, they joined the Clarke County School District as an Academic Interventionist at Whitehead Road Elementary School. Later in 2015, they transitioned to the role of Migrant Education Specialist at the same district.

Leo Cotlar completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science - International Affairs from The University of Georgia from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1997, they attended New York University where they pursued studies in Film and Broadcasting.
