Rachael Stanner

Rachael Stanner has over 17 years of work experience, starting from their role as a Manager at British Gas in 2004. Rachael then held roles such as Employee Relations Manager and Change Manager at British Gas until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Plumb Hous Limited. In 2021, Rachael worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Jacobs. Rachael then joined Sensée in 2022 as a Human Resources Business Partner before becoming the Head of Human Resources. Currently, Rachael holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Clarke Telecom, starting in 2024.

Rachael Stanner holds a Level 5 Higher National Certificate in HRM from Hopwood Hall College, which was obtained from 2008 to 2010. Rachael also completed a Human Resource Management (HRM) Level 6 with CIPD Level 5 degree from The University of Salford, obtained from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are pursuing an MSc in Human Resources Management with CIPD Advanced Level 7 at The Manchester Metropolitan University, starting in 2021. Additionally, Rachael is working towards obtaining the Chartered Fellow certification from CIPD, expected to be obtained in 2023.
