Naomi Cunningham

Naomi Cunningham is an accomplished property litigation solicitor with extensive experience in business lease renewals, dilapidations, rent reviews, restrictive covenants, easements, contractual disputes, adverse possession, forfeiture, and break notices. Currently a Partner at Clarke Willmott since June 2022, Naomi previously held the position of Managing Associate at Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP from January 2019 to June 2022 and served as an Associate at Michelmores from August 2008 to October 2019.
