Jordan Curran

Jordan knows what goes into making a great place. As the leader of ClarkeHopkinsClarke’s mixed-use and retail team, he creates destinations that are commercially successful and that generate long-lasting value for the wider communities in which they are located.

For the last decade, Jordan has contributed to the visioning, masterplanning and delivery of complex mixed-use precincts, shopping centres, town centres and new smart cities, both across Australia and internationally.

He takes a unique approach to each project, designing timeless and sculptural form, embedding a strong sense of place that draws from local context and character to ultimately create landmark destinations that have people at their heart.

Sydney born and bred, Jordan has recently returned to his roots, establishing the practice’s new Sydney office and expanding our ability to provide a continuation of ‘on-the-ground’ design services to our clients in New South Wales.
