Lea Santa-Cruz is an accomplished eCommerce professional with a strong background in site merchandising and revenue growth strategies. Currently serving as the Manager of Site Merchandising at Clarks since April 2023, Lea previously held the position of eCommerce Merchandising Manager at Fox Racing, where expertise in retail eCommerce was utilized to enhance revenue. Prior experience at Wolverine Worldwide involved leading strategic eCommerce site merchandising efforts to optimize consumer experiences. Lea's career began at Potpourri Group, managing web categories and content before progressing to roles at Spreadshirt, Wolford, and gaining valuable skills in public relations and event management through internships and projects. Educated at Lasell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Promotions and Communications and also studied at the London College of Fashion, Lea combines a solid educational foundation with extensive industry experience.
