Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management/Human Resources from Park University. Michele also completed the United States Air Force Airman Leadership School. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Dental Assistant Program Graduate from the Community College of the Air Force, as well as Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED from the American Red Cross.
