Minwei Deng

Minwei Deng has a diverse work experience in the supply chain and merchandising fields. From 2002 to 2007, they worked for various companies, primarily Clarks, in roles such as Assistant Shop Manager, Sales Training Manager, and Merchandising and Sales Training Manager. In 2007, they joined Clarks as a Business Development Co-ordinator before transitioning to roles such as Retail Merchandiser, Junior Range Manager - Men's Smart, and PLM/Senior PLM - Men's. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Range Manager at Start-rite Shoes Ltd. Minwei then returned to Clarks in 2017 and held positions such as Central Merchandising Manager and Demand Planning Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Supply, Demand, and Inventory planning since June 2022. In addition, they have led several projects focused on standardizing reporting and automating data transformation using Power BI and SAP.

Minwei Deng received a Bachelor of Science in Automation from Nanjing Tech University in 2000. In 2002, they acquired a Master of Science in International Management from Oxford Brookes University. Minwei also obtained the Associate - Data Science Version 2.0 certification from Dell Technologies in 2020.
