Paul Wilson

Paul Wilson is an experienced Central Operations Manager at Clarks, where responsibilities have expanded across various trading channels since February 2015. With a career dating back to July 1998, Paul has held multiple positions at Clarks, including Environment Planning Manager and Outlet Operations Manager, focusing on operational planning, communication, and strategic project delivery. Prior to Clarks, Paul gained valuable teaching experience as a Year 3 and Year 1 teacher in primary schools. Paul holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Cardiff Metropolitan University and completed a PGCE at Bath Spa University.
