Peter Nichols has over two decades of experience in service management and operational oversight within the eCommerce sector, currently serving as the Digital Service Manager and Vendor Manager at Clarks since January 2004. Responsibilities include eCommerce service management, budget setting and tracking, contract renewals, and supplier governance. During a secondment, Peter managed operational acceptance and service transition for a new global eCommerce platform. Prior roles at Clarks included leading a team for IT procurement and configuration management, as well as positions as Senior Service Analyst and Service Analyst. Peter began a career in administration at 1st Office Equipment Ltd from 1998 to 2003 and holds an HND in Business and Management from Strode College.
