Stephen Bolton

Stephen Bolton is an experienced advisor and director with a comprehensive background in finance and governance. Currently serving as an Advisor at Accenture and holding multiple non-executive director roles, including Chair of the Audit Committee at both Naked Wines and Clarks, Bolton also acts as Senior Independent Director at Sedex. Prior to these roles, Bolton was Vice Chairman and Chair of the Finance Committee at Solent University and contributed as a trustee for Founders for Schools.
