Steven Whitaker

Steven Whitaker is a Business Intelligence Engineer at Clarks since January 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at htec, where positions included Data Analyst, Senior Service Improvement & BI Specialist, Operations Supervisor, and Service Desk Team Leader from October 2013 to January 2022. Prior to htec, Steven served as a Trainee Air Traffic Control Officer at NATS for a brief period in 2013 and held various positions at Zurich Insurance plc, including Complaints Executive and Property Claims Handler from February 2010 to February 2013. Currently pursuing an MSc in Digital and Technology Specialist with a focus on Data & Analytics at Northumbria University, expected to complete in April 2026.
