Erin Jeong is an accomplished professional with diverse experience across multiple roles and industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Café Sapientia since May 2019, Erin manages digital marketing efforts and oversees employee training programs. As a coach at Monarchs National Gymnastics since October 2021, Erin has maintained a 100% success rate in athlete enrollment and developed a non-competitive curriculum for young gymnasts. Additionally, Erin works as a Law Clerk at Clarkson Law Firm, where responsibilities include drafting legal documents and assisting attorneys. Earlier positions include Head Legal Assistant at Law Offices of David J. Hart, and roles in administrative and intern capacities, providing a solid foundation in legal research and administrative support.
