Brian Huntley, CISSP, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of information security and network services. Brian currently serves as the Director of Network Services and Information Security at Clarkson University. In this role, they are responsible for managing the university's information security program, including risk analysis, policy development, and incident response. Brian also provides technical and managerial leadership to the team responsible for the university's data infrastructure and central IT services. Prior to this, Brian held the role of Director of Network Services at the same institution, where they oversaw the design and management of data center facilities, network systems, and servers. Before joining Clarkson University, Brian worked at SunGard Higher Education as a Senior Systems Analyst, where they led the network and system administration teams. Additionally, they have previous experience as a Systems Administrator, where they performed maintenance, upgrades, and architectural changes for AIX systems, and as a Machine Room Operator, responsible for mainframe maintenance and backup media management.

Brian Huntley, CISSP, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Clarkson University in 1998. Brian obtained their Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from ISC2 in January 2018.
