Albino Serra

Albino Serra has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Operation Director at CLARO NORDESTE since July 2012 and holding a dual role as Director of Operations for Claro Brasil since May 2003. Serra was responsible for Market Share and P&L for the São Paulo Capital Unit, managing 1,100 direct employees. Previously, Serra directed operations for Claro Northeast, overseeing the unit that became the largest in customer base in Brazil in 2010, and was instrumental in defining and implementing the commercial strategy for the Northeast through previous roles at BCP/CLARO. Serra's career began at Philips Elcoma Nordese as a Quality Engineer. Serra holds a degree in Engineering from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco.
