Cesar. Abuauad

Cesar Abuauad is an accomplished telecommunications professional with extensive experience in system management and engineering. Currently serving as Gerente Corporativo de Sistemas at Claro Chile S.A. since January 2021, Cesar has contributed significantly to the development of MPLS data networks, terrestrial and satellite transport networks, as well as HFC and DTH television networks. Prior to this role, Cesar held the position of Gerente de Ingeniería at Claro from January 2008 and served as Gerente de Planificación e Ingeniería at Entel from December 1997 to December 2007, where responsibilities included network development and data center management. Additionally, Cesar worked as a Project Manager at Telefonica from 1988 to 1994. Cesar holds a degree in Ingeniero Civil Electricista with a focus on Telecommunications and Information Technologies from Universidad de Chile.
