Fabiano Tatsugawa Duarte has extensive work experience in the field of data center operations and facilities. Fabiano started their career at Itaú Unibanco S.A in 2009 as a Coordinator of Data Center Engineering. In 2016, they took on the role of Head of Data Center Operations - Facilities & IT Infrastructure at Itaú Unibanco. Fabiano recently joined Claro Brasil in 2021 as the Mission Critical Infrastructure Director, overseeing data center operations, engineering, facilities, and edge technologies.
Fabiano Tatsugawa Duarte earned an MBA in Business and Finance Management from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, where they studied Economics and Business Management from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Faculdade de Engenharia São Paulo. Fabiano also completed a Superior degree in Technology in Automation Engineering at Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo - IFSP. In addition to their formal education, Duarte obtained certifications in ISO 20000 - IT Service Management Foundation Bridge from EXIN, COBIT 5 2012 - Foundation from APMG International, ITIL 2011 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice, ATD - Accredited Tier Design from Uptime Institute, and ATS - Accredited Tier Specialist from Uptime Institute.
