Fabio Arruda

Fabio Arruda is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in telecommunications and a focus on Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. Currently serving as the IoT IT Head at Claro Brasil since June 2022, Fabio leads teams in managing IoT and 5G programs, projects, and product solutions. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at TIM Brasil from 2008 to 2022 as an IT Senior Manager, overseeing BSS/OSS system development for B2B and B2B2C segments. Fabio also held managerial positions at TIM NORDESTE and Telern, focusing on system development in financial and operational areas. Early career roles include a software development specialist at Bull Information Systems. Fabio holds an Executive Education degree in Leadership Program and Business Strategy from INSEAD, a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco, an MBA in Business Management from FGV, and a graduation in Data Processing from Universidade Federal de Campina Grande.
