Gustavo Barreto Leite

Gustavo Barreto Leite has extensive experience in IT leadership, currently serving as the Director of Architecture, Innovation, and IT Strategy at Claro Brasil since August 2013. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing IT strategy, corporate architecture, innovation, and agile transformation, while supporting the CIO in technology transformations. Previously, Gustavo held positions such as Chief Architect, IT Innovation, Transformation, and Relationship Senior Management, and IT Architect Senior Manager, where strategic planning and IT architecture development were key focuses. Additional experience includes teaching Project Management and Production and Services at FGV and various IT management roles at Embratel and Shell. Gustavo holds multiple degrees, including an xBA in Executive Business Administration from StartSe University and an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral.
