Hallan Lima

Hallan Lima has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Hallan is the Founder of Dream Start TI since March 2020. Currently, they work as a Tech Lead - Specialist Frontend Developer at Claro Brasil, where they manage development teams, aligns technical projects, and defines technologies. Prior to this, they held the position of Tech Lead at Contabilizei from February 2022 to April 2022, and at Claro Brasil from June 2019 to February 2022. In their earlier roles, Hallan worked as a Web Developer at Claro Brasil, Resource IT Solutions, Tugarê CDM Sao Paulo, and Marvin Tecnologia da Informação Ltda. Hallan started their career as a Help Desk Support Analyst at Cegedim Relationship Management. Throughout their career, Hallan has developed expertise in various technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, Javascript frameworks, and C# .Net development.

Hallan Lima completed a Bachelor's Degree in IT from Universidade Paulista from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Gestão de Riscos e Cibersegurança from Faculdade Focus from 2021 to 2022.
