Marcello Gomes

Marcello Gomes has extensive experience in the telecommunications and information technology sectors, currently serving as a Senior Postpaid Billing Analyst at Claro since April 2013. In this role, Marcello leads a team focused on Quality Assurance for the Amdocs CRM, Raiting, and Billing systems, collaborates on project development with Marketing and IT to enhance operations, and manages the lifecycle of voice and data products for both individual and corporate clients. Previously, from April 2004 to April 2013, Marcello worked as a Support Analyst at Gosoft Informatica, where responsibilities included technical specifications, product support, and implementation project involvement, along with expertise in financial control systems. Marcello holds a postgraduate degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, completed in 2016, and another postgraduate degree from Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz, attained in 2008.
