Rafael Carvalho da Fonseca

Rafael Carvalho da Fonseca is an experienced IT specialist currently serving as Especialista em TI II - Líder Técnico de Projetos at Claro Brasil since March 2015. In this role, Rafael leads technical projects and is responsible for the creation of the Technical Center of Excellence for the Catalog, managing a team, and supporting Salesforce-related solutions that impact product creation and commercial rules within the Vlocity/Salesforce catalog. Previous positions at Claro Brasil include work as a technical leader for product catalogs in CRM and system migration analysis. Prior to Claro Brasil, Rafael worked at Spread Tecnologia as an analyst, focusing on business analysis and SOA integration documentation for clients and partners, along with development and performance optimization of SQL scripts and database components.
