Rafael Zuppo

Rafael Zuppo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and project management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Gerente Senior de Infraestrutura at Claro Brasil since September 2013, Rafael leads an engineering team and oversees a wide range of mission-critical installations, including the operation and maintenance of data centers and communication hubs. Previously, Rafael worked as Gerente de Produto at Sonda IT, managing pre-sales and post-sales engineering teams and exploring new technologies for product offerings. Rafael's early career includes significant roles at TV Alphaville, where operations were managed for subscription television services, and as Supervisor de Central Técnica at REDE TV, supervising broadcasting transmission signals. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from UNIP - Universidade Paulista.
