Rodrigo Shiomi Shirota

Rodrigo Shiomi Shirota is an experienced tech lead and front-end developer with a strong background in e-commerce and web development. Currently serving as Tech Lead Full Stack and Tech Lead Front End at Claro Brasil since March 2020, Rodrigo oversees the technical and motivational leadership of five development squads focused on mobile product e-commerce using SAP Hybris. Notable achievements include the implementation of express chip delivery within four hours and a significant improvement in e-commerce site loading times. Rodrigo has also held senior front-end development roles at Tegra - Soluções Digitais and GPA, contributing to various projects, including internal applications for Grupo Pão de Açúcar.
