Donna Moore has extensive experience in healthcare management, particularly in case management and utilization review, currently serving as a Physician Advisor Nurse Liaison at Claro Healthcare, LLC since October 2017. Previous roles include various interim director and consultant positions at notable organizations such as Kaiser Permanente Hawaii, Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel, and Erie County Medical Center Corporation. With a strong background in optimizing patient care processes and resource management, Donna has successfully led teams in improving efficiency and reducing hospital readmission rates. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an Associate Degree in Nursing, both from Northern Kentucky University.
