Smadar Tadmor

Smadar Tadmor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Smadar is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Claro-Mentor, a people-management platform that provides personalized know-how to help individuals reach their full potential. Prior to this, they were the Managing Partner at ConnAction Ltd. from 2017 to 2022. Smadar also worked as a Columnist for Globes in 2021.

Smadar has also been involved in various leadership and consulting roles. Smadar was the Co-founder and Managing Partner at Metis Consulting from 2014 to 2017, where they focused on organizational development and consulting. Before that, they founded ST Lead, an organizational consultant firm that specializes in empowering leaders and businesses to achieve peak performance.

Smadar'searlier experience includes positions at Delta Galil Industries Ltd. as the Corporate VP of Human Resources from 2001 to 2004 and as the Learning and Development Director from 2000 to 2001. Smadar also worked at Rafael, where they served as an HR manager from 1996 to 2000 and as an OD professional from 1992 to 1996.

Throughout their career, Smadar has demonstrated expertise in people management, leadership development, organizational consulting, and strategic partnerships.

Smadar Tadmor holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Sociology from the University of Haifa, which they earned between 1993 and 1995. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and General Studies at the University of Haifa. In 2007, Smadar completed the Co-Active Coaching Training Program at the Co-Active Training Institute. In 2009, they obtained a certification as a Certified Organizational Change Consultant from the Rainwater Institute. Additionally, in 2013, they pursued further education in Organizational & Relationship System Coaching at CRR Global, though the start year is not specified.
