Oscar Reyna

Oscar Reyna has a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with experience in various management roles. Oscar started their career in 2004 at Claro Brasil, where they served as a PMO for GSM & TI projects. In 2007, they joined América Móvil as the Jefe de operaciones & proyectos TI, where they were responsible for operations and IT projects. In 2009, they moved to Telcel and took on the role of Gerente de Estrategias Comerciales R9 & PM proyectos especiales, focusing on commercial strategies and special projects. Most recently, they have been working at Claro RD since 2011 as the VP Ventas Masivas & Distribución, overseeing sales and distribution.

Oscar Reyna has an education history that includes several programs and courses. In 1994 to 1999, they attended the Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they earned a degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. In 2012, they attended the Aden Business School for a program in Leadership Skills. In 2015, they studied Finance for Executives at the Barna Management School. In 2016, they completed the Effective Negotiating program at KARRASS™. In 2019, they pursued a course on Strategic Change Management at Intras Integral Training Solutions. Finally, in 2020 and 2021, they attended two Senior Executive Programs: one at Babson College, focusing on Entrepreneurship, and another at INCAE Business School, specializing in Executive Direction.
