Rafael Mejia

Rafael Mejia is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in software testing and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Software QA Engineer at Claro RD since October 2022, Rafael is responsible for analyzing user requirements, executing test cases, and documenting errors and enhancements for resolution. Rafael has also been a Quality Assurance Analyst at UPEX since June 2022, utilizing SCRUM methodologies and tools like Jira and XRay for issue and test management. Prior experience includes a Mid-Level QA Engineer role at Smart Testing, where Rafael focused on designing and executing various types of tests, and as a QA Engineer with the Chicago Cubs, complemented by a background as a professional baseball player.
