Scott Baughman

Scott Baughman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, including staffing, advertising, and technology. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Clarus Group since February 2015, Scott leads a comprehensive Customer Experience strategy and oversees initiatives in Value Stream Management, Process Automation, and Advanced Analytics. Prior to this, Scott held positions such as Enterprise Sales Executive at a Staffing and Recruiting Provider and Market Vice President at KForce, Inc., where responsibilities included managing operations in major cities. Scott's earlier experience includes roles as Director of Business Development at The ADvantage Group and Director of Branch Operations at TEKsystems. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
