Adam W. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Adam started their career as an IT Consultant at Motorists Insurance Group in 2008. Adam later joined Centric Consulting as a Consultant and Winter Technology Services, LLC as a Principal in the same year. In 2010, they became a Sr. Software Engineer and Systems Architect at Navigator Management Partners, a management and technology consulting firm.

Adam then served as ChiefJoe at JoeMetric, a mobile advertising and market research tools provider, from 2008 to 2010. Adam also held the role of Delivery Lead at Pillar Technology, where they advised companies on software creation and agile project management.
