Varun Arora

Varun Arora is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in equity research and investment banking. Currently serving as an Equity Research Associate at Clarus Securities Inc. since July 2015, Varun specializes in precious metals mining. Prior experience includes a role as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Kerburn Rose in 2014, where Varun conducted due diligence, created financial models, performed valuation analyses, and guided analysts on pitch books for potential acquisitions. Varun's engineering expertise was developed during tenure at Siemens India from 2007 to 2013, progressing from Executive Engineer to Senior Engineer focusing on steam turbines. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
