Daniel Castañeda has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Daniel started their career at Ultra Laboratorios S.A. de C.V., where they worked in various roles including Generalista de Recursos Humanos, Gerente de Nominas y Compensaciones, and eventually Gerente de Capital Humano. From there, they moved on to NODO 4000, where they served as a Gerente de Soluciones RH / Desarrollo de Negocio. Currently, Daniel is working at Clase Azul México, holding the positions of Gerente de Desarrollo Humano and Vice Director de Desarrollo Humano | People Experience.
Daniel Castañeda completed their Licentiate degree in Gesti\u00f3n de recursos humanos/Administraci\u00f3n de personal, general from the Universidad de Guadalajara, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In 2012, they received a Diploma in Gesti\u00f3n y servicios de recursos humanos from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara. Additionally, they obtained the Prosci\u00ae Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in 2022.
