Tess Michaels

Tess Michaels is the Founder and CEO of Clasp, a venture-backed fintech platform established in August 2018, aimed at enhancing access to education and career pathways through connections between employers, educational institutions, and individuals. Prior experience includes serving as a Private Equity Associate at Vista Equity Partners, where Tess executed LBO transactions and operational improvements in various software companies, and as Founding CEO of SOCEANA, a platform designed to democratize giving. Additionally, Tess has held roles at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Analyst and has gained experience through internships and leadership positions at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and the University of Pennsylvania, where Tess earned degrees in Business Administration and Biology.
