Sébastien Rousselin-Legrand

Sébastien Rousselin-Legrand has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Sébastien began their career as an Audit Assistant at KPMG France, where they conducted statutory audits in small French manufacturing companies and provided consolidation assistance to clients. Sébastien then joined PwC as a Senior Auditor, specializing in management and statutory audits of listed companies and Sarbanes Oxley certifications.

After gaining experience in auditing, Sébastien transitioned to a role at Bledina, where they served as an Internal Controller. Sébastien was responsible for overseeing the SOX framework and managing international fraud cases. During this time, they also led the implementation of SAP CO and designed controlling processes for manufacturing, commercial, and intercompany flows.

Following their tenure at Bledina, Sébastien joined Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition. Sébastien took on various roles within the company, including Business Planning Manager, Business Development Manager, and Head of Finance for Sub-Saharan Africa. In these positions, they focused on strategic processes, market analysis, and business planning for key countries in Africa. Sébastien also created and managed the controlling department, implemented reporting processes, and utilized business intelligence systems to improve control and drive the business.

Most recently, Sébastien worked as the CFO EMEA at CLASQUIN, a mid-size logistics services company. Sébastien joined the company to drive the finance transformation and embraced the challenge of a dynamic and fast-growing industry. Their role involved overseeing finance operations throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Sébastien Rousselin-Legrand completed their education at the universities of Lyon 2 and Lumiére Lyon 2. In 2000-2001, they obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree in Comptabilité et Finance from Université Lumiére Lyon 2. Following this, they pursued further studies at Université Lyon 2 and received a DESS degree in Contrôle de Gestion for the academic year 2001-2002.
