Connie Burns Seiferid currently serves as an Account Services Specialist at Liberty Federal Credit Union since July 2024 and has held the position of Lending Specialist at Class Act Federal Credit Union since December 2019. Concurrently, Connie works as a Design and Sales professional at The Tile Shop, a role maintained since August 2018. Additionally, since August 2015, Connie has worked as a Business Manager (F&I) at Craig and Landreth Cars and previously served as a Finance Manager at Honda World Louisville from February 2019 to December 2019. Prior experience includes being a Business Manager at Bill Collins Ford Inc from April 2012 to November 2015 and a Recruiter at ITT Technical Institute-Nashville from February 2011 to April 2015. Connie began a sales career at MONSOUR BUILDERS, INC. as a Sales Representative from June 2005 to June 2010. Education includes attendance at Jeffersontown High School and Sullivan, complemented by extensive professional experience.
Class Act Federal Credit Union
Class Act Federal Credit Union was established by a small group of JCPS teachers in 1954 to serve the personal finance needs of JCPS teachers and other school employees. At that time, teachers had very limited access to loans or credit of any kind. The credit union filled this need and did so at very competitive rates. Other area school districts expressed interest, and within a few short years, the credit union was serving all public school employees in the Metro Louisville area as well as employees from a good number of private schools. In 1994, Class Act’s field of membership was expanded to include the University of Louisville by way of a merger with the University of Louisville Student & Alumni Credit Union. Today, although the banking industry has changed dramatically, the credit union’s mission remains virtually the same – to serve the personal finance needs of our local educational community. As a member-owned, not-for-profit cooperative, our focus is to serve the best interests of our member-owners.
