Cindi Harris

Cindi Harris has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Cindi is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Class Valuation, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to that, they served as the SVP of Innovation and Specialty Teams at the same company from December 2019 to December 2020. Before joining Class Valuation, Cindi worked as a Business Consultant at the company from July 2019 to December 2019.

Cindi has also founded their own consulting company called People Move Mountains Consulting in 2019, where they serve as the Owner.

Cindi'sprevious experience includes owning Harris Real Estate Valuation & Consulting since May 2007. Cindi has also held the role of SVP Operations at Valuation Connect from October 2017 to March 2019 and served as the General Manager & Chief Appraiser at Property Solutions - Part of the Computershare Group from March 2017 to December 2017.

Cindi has also worked at Solidifi as the Vice President of Operations and Valuation Services from October 2015 to February 2017 and as the Vice President of National Account Executive from June 2014 to October 2015.

Before that, they co-founded Quality Valuation Services in November 2008 and served as the Chief Operations Officer until May 2014. Cindi also worked as an Appraisal Due Diligence Manager at Fremont Investment and Loan in 2006 and as a Hansen Quality - Collateral Analyst at Fidelity National Financial in 2004. Cindi also served as the Appraisal Production Manager at ARC in 2004.

Throughout their career, Cindi has held various leadership and operational roles in the real estate valuation and consulting industry.

Cindi Harris attended UC Irvine from 2015 to 2016, where they studied Organizational Leadership. Cindi also obtained an AA degree in General Education from Saddleback College and pursued Political Science at California State University, Fullerton. In terms of certifications, Cindi is a California Certified Appraiser, and they are also an FHA Approved Appraiser through HUD.
