Molly Hoskins

Molly Hoskins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Molly started their career at Advanced Appraisals, LLC as an Appraiser from August 2010 to September 2014. In 2014, they founded Hoskins & Company LLC and served as the Founder & CEO. In 2016, they joined Pendo Management Group as the VP, Quality & Compliance until September 2019, and later became the Chief Operating Officer & Partner until April 2022. Most recently, Molly has been working at Class Valuation since April 2022 as a Compliance Consultant. In January 2023, they transitioned to the role of Managing Director, DataMaster Solutions and is currently serving as the EVP Client Experience.

Molly Hoskins earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business. Molly attended the university from 2003 to 2006.

Following their undergraduate studies, Molly went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Finance and Administration at Columbia College. Molly completed their degree from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Molly also obtained a certification as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser from the Missouri Real Estate Appraiser Commission in April 2014.
