Clint Kofford

Clint Kofford is the President and Managing Director of LeaderWorks, Inc., a leadership consultancy that enhances leader effectiveness through a comprehensive approach. In addition to this role, Clint serves on the advisory boards of Graphio.ai, Wowledge, and Campfire, while holding a prominent position at Class. Previously, Clint was the Head of HR for Covetrus, managing talent for a $3B+ enterprise, and served as Vice President of Talent at National Veterinary Associates. Clint's significant experience at Johnson & Johnson includes leadership roles across various HR functions, particularly in the Immunology business unit. Kofford has also held senior talent management positions at Nike and Mars, focusing on global talent and leadership development. Academically, Clint Kofford holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and multiple degrees in business and organizational leadership from esteemed institutions.
