Marcia Nuffer

Marcia Nuffer is an accomplished leadership development expert with a diverse background spanning over three decades. As the Founder of BlueShor since January 2014, Marcia provides advisory services in learning strategy, leadership program design, and executive coaching for various organizations. Marcia co-founded Allspring in 2023, focusing on AI-driven coaching, and served as Founder and CEO of Doable from 2021 to 2023, aiming to enhance learning through AI feedback. Additional roles include serving on the Strategic Advisory Board at Class, which innovates teaching tools for digital platforms, and as an Advisory Board Member for Freedom Learning Group. Marcia's earlier career includes significant leadership positions at McKinsey & Company, where expertise was honed in global learning and organizational transformation, and at The Dow Chemical Company as a Senior Sales Specialist.
