Ray Hoglund is a member of Genstar’s Strategic Advisory Board and advises the firm in the area of industrials.
Mr. Hoglund spent his forty-year career in the industrial sector where he led several multi-national firms to a global leadership position and has overseen operations in more than 50 countries worldwide. Most recently, Ray served as Senior Vice President of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV), and President and CEO of Dover Engineered Systems, Inc.: a $2.3 billion portfolio of Dover consisting of eight multi-national manufacturing companies providing systems and equipment to manufacturers and retailers of packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and industrial products. Earlier in his career, Ray served as President and CEO of Hill PHOENIX, a wholly owned Dover Company. He also served as President and CEO of The ESAB Group, a $1 Billion leading manufacturer of welding and cutting products.
Ray currently serves as a Director of Clarience Technologies, Infinite Electronics, Ohio Transmission Corporation, and Sonny’s.
