Natasha Joy De Souza has an extensive work experience in various fields. Natasha currently serves as the Strategic Business Development Manager at ClassBento, where they promote accessibility to local creative workshops and emphasizes the importance of creative expression for mental wellbeing. Prior to this, they were the Chapter Leader at The Culture Collective, a global ecosystem that connects and empowers culture champions. In this role, they organized events and facilitated partnerships to transform and build great cultures in the workplace.

Natasha previously worked as the Head of Global Content Strategy at The News Tribe, overseeing the development and implementation of content strategies. Natasha also founded and served as the Director of BEEHIVE FILMS Pty Ltd, a production company creating visual stories for corporate organizations and feature films.

Their experience also includes being the Head of Production at TedxFremantle and a Business & Media Consultant at The Parent Company. Natasha was the Founder & CEO of Beehive Productions, an organization that merged with a software and app development company. Additionally, Natasha worked as the Second unit director and cultural consultant for the feature film "Tigers," where they contributed their expertise in Pakistani culture.

Earlier in their career, they were a Television Production Specialist at Indus TV Network/MTV Pakistan and Executive Director at Art Republik. Natasha's diverse work experience showcases their ability to thrive in different industries and roles.

Natasha Joy De Souza's education history begins with their high school education at St. Josephs Convent, which they attended from 1984 to 1994. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business at Government College of Commerce and Economics from 1994 to 1998.

Years later, Natasha decided to further their education by enrolling in Monash University in 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.
