Samantha Buck, M.Ed.

Samantha Buck, M.Ed. is currently employed as a Family Success Lead at ClassDojo, a role they began in 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Success Agent at ClassDojo and an ESL Teacher at VIPKid in 2018. From 2017-2019, they were an Elementary School Teacher at West Ada School District, where they planned, designed, developed and executed meaningful curriculum, crafted and correlated instructional materials and assessments to multiple learning objectives, and analyzed data to create targeted instruction for students. From 2014-2017, they were an Elementary Teacher at Tollgate Elementary School of EL Education in Aurora Public Schools. In 2013, they held a Social Media Marketing Intern role at Second Mile Water, where they established social media brand marketing for a start-up non-profit. In 2014, they also worked as a Global Education District Partnerships at EF Educational Tours, where they combined their strengths in relationship building, consulting, and sales to partner with educators, schools, and districts to develop global education programs.

Samantha Buck has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Endorsement from Adams State University, which they obtained in 2017. Samantha also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they obtained in 2013 with a major in International Affairs and Communication. In 2011, they studied Latin American Studies and International Relations at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Her high school education was completed at Lewis Palmer High School, which they attended from 2004 to 2009.

In addition, Buck has obtained several certifications, including Managing Emotions in Times of Uncertainty & Stress from Coursera in 2021, The Science of Well-Being from Coursera in 2020, a Certificate in Meditation from ALLEGRA LEARNING SOLUTIONS, LLC in 2020, Clever Certified Teacher from Clever Inc. in 2020, and Newsela Certified Educator from Newsela in 2020.
