Alice Samphao

Alice Samphao is an experienced EDI Specialist II at Classic Accessories, where responsibilities include managing and troubleshooting orders within the Business Central platform, as well as providing high-volume customer support through email and phone communications. Prior experience includes serving as Admin & Web Support at PS Stores from October 2002 to August 2017, focusing on database management for the Quickbooks POS system and implementing social media and email campaigns. Additionally, Alice worked as an Assistant Editor at NW Asian Weekly from 1996 to 2001, handling both manual and digital layout of the newspaper and overseeing content management. Alice holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Cornish College of the Arts and furthered education at Bellevue College between 2001 and 2003.
