Nick Beck is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the National Operations Manager at Classic Builders since January 2017. In this role, Nick drives operational performance across the national network and leads the operations team by sharing best practices. Previously, as the National Operations Advisor, Nick ensured that the "Classic Way" was implemented in each region while supporting teams in training new leaders. Nick's background includes significant leadership roles such as Branch Manager for Eastern BOP and Senior Construction Manager, where oversight of daily operations and achieving regional build targets were key responsibilities. Prior experience at The Renovation Company Ltd. included roles such as Health and Safety Officer and Contracts Manager, alongside various positions in carpentry. Nick holds multiple relevant qualifications from Bay of Plenty Polytechnic, including the New Zealand Certificate in Workplace Health & Safety Practice and the New Zealand Diploma in Construction Management.
