Jens Michel

Jens Michel serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer at Classic Fine Foods since July 2022, a leading delicatessen wholesale company operating across Asia, the Middle East, and the UK. Jens also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at METRO Wholesale Myanmar Ltd since November 2018, a major player in wholesale and food retail with operations in 36 countries. Previous leadership roles include President of the Board of Directors at the German Myanmar Business Chamber from June 2019 to July 2023, Vice Chairman of the Board at EuroCham Myanmar from October 2019 to August 2022, and Executive Vice President for APAC/MEA at Stratpharma from February 2018 to 2019. Jens has a strong background in management with prior roles at YPB Group, ConvaTec, DKSH, Fairmont Medical, and GMS Medical, demonstrating extensive experience in various regional and operational leadership capacities.
