Crystal Boisvert has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on sales and marketing. Crystal began their career at Marcus Corporation in 1997, where they worked in various roles such as assistant director of sales, timeshare marketing manager, restaurant server, private dining manager, and banquet server/beverage cart girl. During their time at Marcus Corporation, Crystal consistently exceeded their annual sales goals and developed strong relationships with clients.

In 2012, Crystal joined Classic Hotels & Resorts as the director of association and special market sales. In this role, they led a team of group sales professionals and implemented effective sales strategies to maximize revenue from the association and special market segments. Crystal also managed the Midwest association and AMC market remotely. Crystal was later promoted to director of sales, where they led a team of national and global sales managers for the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa and The Scott Resort & Spa. Crystal'sresponsibilities included coaching and mentoring their team to exceed revenue plans, implementing processes and procedures for client satisfaction, and achieving budgeted resort revenue.
