Previously, Stephen occupied key positions such as Regional Managing Director and General Manager at Classic Hotels & Resorts, as well as General Manager roles at Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Destination Hotels, and Commune Hotels + Resorts. With a strong background in food and beverage management from earlier positions, including Food and Beverage Director at Joie de Vivre Hotels, Stephen has consistently developed innovative solutions and efficiencies across luxury hospitality operations.
